Rakernas Declaration IV Bappeda Prov.SE INDO
Balikpapan, 27/2/13. Governor of East Kalimantan, Dr.H. Awang Faroek Ishak officially opened the National Working Meeting IV of the Provincial Bappeda Association 
in Indonesia in 2013 with the theme "Synergy of Multi -Party Planning for the Success of Infrastructure Development, Population and Environment that is Quality and Accountable" in the Meeting Room of the Gran Senyiur Hotel Jl. Ars Muhammad No.7 Balikpapan, followed by participants of approximately three hundred and fifty people consisting of all heads of Bappeda throughout Indonesia and related officials in the scope of the Provincial Government in Indonesia, the Ministry of Bappenas, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Tourism and the Creative Industry, and all Heads of Bappeda in East Kalimantan.
Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Dr. Hatta Rajasa and Minister of National Development Planning/Head of Bappenas Prof. Dr. Armida Salsiah Alisjahbana, SE., MA conveyed direction to participants of the Indonesian Bappeda Association of Indonesian Bappeda Association on the basis of being able to create regional economic independence so that it would bring a very good impact on national economic increase.
Declaration/Results of Rakernas Formulation IV Provincial Bappeda Association in Indonesia
After reviewing and analyzing the various thoughts delivered by the speakers, we, the Heads of Provincial Bappeda All Indonesia who were present at the IV National Working Meeting IV of the Indonesian Provincial Bappeda Association agreed to be able to take strategic steps for the realization of the acceleration of development in the regions to support national targets through quality and accountable development planning.
Based on these things above the provincial Bappeda association throughout Indonesia, declared several things, namely: 1. Assign the management of the Association to oversee and communicate more intensively with the Ministry /Institution related to the results of the 2012 Rakernas Declaration in Ambon, Maluku Province;
2. Immediately follow up on the direction of the Indonesian Coordinating Minister for the Indonesian Economy in Rakernas IV in 2013 in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan Province to propose the need to urge infrastructure development in spurring the implementation of MP3EI in each corridor; 
In accordance with the agreement of the participants of the Rakernas IV of the Provincial Bappeda Association in Indonesia that the implementation of the National Working Meeting V Association of the Provincial Bappeda in 2014 in Gorontalo Province, so as the host then the results of the formulation or declaration of the National Working Meeting IV, the Head of Gorontalo Province Bappeda, Dr. Ir. Sudirman Habibie, M.Sc during the closing ceremony of the Rakernas. The closing of the National Working Meeting was officially closed by the Deputy Governor of East Kalimantan, H. Farid Wadjdy at 19.00 WITA to 21.00 WITA. (Public Relations Bappeda Kaltim/Sukandar, S. Sos).
