Acceleration of East Kalimantan Regional Development

Jakarta, 4/21/15. Pre Musrenbangnas 2015 in the framework of preparing the 2016 Government Work Plan of the Republic of Indonesia 1a._plt
<p> Pre -Musrenbangnas 2015 in the context of the preparation of the 2016 Government of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia was the first year for the administration of President Ir.H. Joko Widodo and Ir.H. Jusuf Kalla. Whereas in the implementation of the National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN 2015-2019) is the second year in the 2016 Government Work Plan of the Republic of Indonesia. </p>
<p> Implementation of the 2015 Pre Musrenbangnas at the National Development Planning Office /Bappenas Jalan Taman Soropati Number 2 Menteng Central Jakarta and for the Kalimantan region was held on day IV Tuesday 21/4/15 divided by 8 (eight) groups of discussions with each group for 1.5 hours, namely: <Br /> 1. Tourism and Industry (14 KL and 8 KEK) in the SG 2 meeting room at 08.30 - 10.00; <R /> 2. The border and regional areas are left behind in the SG 3 meeting room at 10.10 - 11.40; <Br /> 3. Maritime in the SG 4 meeting room at 11.50 - 13.10; <Br /> 4. Food sovereignty in the SG 5 meeting room at 14.10 - 15.40; <Br /> 5. Health in the SS 1 meeting room at 15.50 - 17.20; <Br /> 6. Education in the SS 2 meeting room at 08.30 - 10.00; <Br /> 7. Energy sovereignty in the SS 3 meeting room at 10:10 - 11.40; <Br /> 8. Mental Revolution in the SS 4 Meeting Room at 11.50 - 13.10. </p>
<p> Participants of the 2015 Pre Musrenbangnas from the East Kalimantan Provincial Government were led directly by Plt. Secretary of the East Kalimantan Province and Head of East Kalimantan Province Bappeda Dr.Ir.H. Rusmadi, MS and was also attended by the Heads of SKPD related to the scope of the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan including, Head of the Transportation Agency, Head of the Public Works Office, Head of Diskperakat, Head of the Tourism Office, Head of the Border and Disadvantaged Village Agency, Head of the Health Service, Head of the Mining Office, Head of the Community Empowerment Agency and Village Government, Head of the Fisheries and Maritime Affairs Office, Staff of the Bappeda Scope of East Kalimantan Province and SKPD related to the scope of the East Kalimantan Provincial Government. <img style =

Discussion of Working Groups

Discussion on Tourism and Industry Groups (14 KL and 8 KEK) in the SG 2 Meeting Room at 08.30 - 10:00, very crucial for increasing development in East Kalimantan Province in the infrastructure development sector including the construction of KIPI Maloy in Sangatta, the construction of the Samarinda -Balikpapan toll road, irrigation development to support the agricultural sector, the paddy field printing program and the increase in tourism in the industrial sector.

In the Tourism and Industry Discussion Sector led directly by Plt. Regional Secretary of the Province of East Kalimantan as well as the Head of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, was also attended by the Head of the Transportation Agency, the Head of the Trade, Industry and Cooperative Office, the Head of the Public Works Office, the Head of the Tourism Office, the Head of the Border and Disadvantaged Regions and the Echelon III, IV and SKPD Staff of the East Kalimantan Province.

While in the group of border areas and Daearah lagging in the SG 3 meeting room at 10:10 - 11.40 under the coordination of the Government and Bappeda Apparatus of East Kalimantan Province, attended by the Head of the Border and Disadvantaged Areas, the Head of the Communication and Information Office, to the Health Office, the Head of the Bappeda, the Head of the Transportation Agency, the Secretary East Kalimantan Provincial Government.

Whereas in the maritime group in the SG 4 meeting room at 11.50 - 13.10 with the coordinator of the Head of Economy Bappeda Kaltim led directly, Ir. Ujang Rahmad, M.Sc was attended by the Head of the Maritime and Fisheries Service, the Head of the Transportation Agency, as well as the Echelon III, IV and SKPD Provincial East Kalimantan Provincial Government officials.

Food Sovereignty Group in the SG 5 Meeting Room at 14.10 - 15.40 with the Coordinator of the Head of Economy of Bappeda East Kalimantan, Ir. Ujang Rahmad, M.Si was attended by the Head of the Agriculture Office, Secretary of the Food Security Agency and Echelon III, IV officials and related to the scope of the East Kalimantan Province SKPD.

Discussion in the Health Group in the SS 1 Meeting Room at 15.50-17.20 with the Coordinator of the Head of Human Resources Development of Bappeda of East Kalimantan Province was attended by the Head of the Health Service, Representative of the Public Works Office, as well as echelon III, IV and SKPD staff of the East Kalimantan Province.

Follow -up discussion in the education group in the SS 2 meeting room at 08.30 - 10.00 with the coordinator of the Head of Human Resources Development of Bappeda, East Kalimantan Province, Drs.H. Hariyo Santoso was attended by the Head of the Youth and Sports Office, the Education Office and Echelon III, IV and SKPD Staff of the East Kalimantan Province.

Discussion of the Energy Sovereignty Group in the SS 3 Meeting Room at 10.10 - 11.40, with the Coordinator of the Head of Economy of Bappeda East Kalimantan, Ir. Ujang Rahmad, M.Si was attended by the Head of the Mining Service and Echelon III, IV officials and related to the scope of the East Kalimantan Province SKPD.

While the discussion in the Mental Revolution group in the SS 4 meeting room at 11.50-13.10 with the Coordinator of the Head of Government and Apparatus of the East Kalimantan Province Bappeda, Siti Sugiyanti, SE., M.Sc was attended by the Head of the Health Service, the Head of the Community Empowerment and Village Government, the Head of the Communication and Information Office, the Youth and Sports Office, the Social Service, the Public Works Office and the Echelon III, IV and staff officials East.
