The Srikandi application has benefits to facilitate communication and coordination between government agencies, the ease of accessing archiving information needed by the public, improving performance and to achieve more optimal organizational targets and efficiency of paper use.

there are several features in the Srikandi application, including cloud-based applications and stored in the National Data Center (Archives.go.id) so that agencies do not need to provide their own infrastructure; Making delivery and receipt of official manuscripts between agencies can be done electronically at any time; Bagi pakai arsip lintas unit kerja/instansi dapat berlangsung lebih cepat, mudah dan aman; Management of official manuscripts as archives can be done more easily by the work unit. The application is also available in mobile form
